Revenge Christmas Part 2

 Hello darlings x

I hope you are enjoying the run up to Christmas. Sorry I have been a bit late posting, I am starting to get a bit busy. I don't have a plan for this, it is just going to be a bit chatty.

Chit Chat

I watched quite a good documentary one night last week called Squaring the circle it is on Netflix and it is about Hipgnosis which was a design group and they sort of specialised in designing album covers. They designed covers for like Pink Floyd. Really interesting and sort of inspiring.

I have also been watching a really good TV show on Netflix (I am up to episode 8) and it is called Beef. It is about two people who have a road rage incident and then they sort of just cause chaos in each others life. It is very funny and gripping and quite clever. I defo reccomend.

I have been really enjoying going to some independent cafes in Catford. I never like to be late for work and so I often end up arriving like half an hour early. Buses can just be very unreliable and sometimes they come quickly and sometimes they just do not. I am the if you're early you are on time and if you are on time you are late type person. Because it is so cold at the moment it has been nice to go to a cafe before work if I am early and yeah grab a chai latte.

I brought this coat last last weekend from Zara and I am so relieved I brought it because I was just getting so chilly on my way to work and while at work. I was hesitant to buy it because... you know my thing with Zara.

Revenge Friday 8th

On Revenge Friday I went to a Christmas party which was really fun. I actually don't think I have ever been to a Christmas party. I was there to sort of help my dad pick up after but I had loads of fun and there was lots of dancing. This is what I wore...

Revenge Friday 15th

I met my dad in town for Lunch and we went to Rose's Thai which was really yummy. Then I had a browse around Marylebone and basically I walked to Covent garden. I was sort of needing to buy Christmas gifts but like nothing was speaking to me. I am sort of a bit fatigued with Christmas shopping. I need to buy for my sister and maybe another small gift for my mum. Anyway, I didn't buy anything which is now a bit stressful. Town was pleasant and actually it was so nice and Christmassy. I popped in for a hot chocolate at Bar Italia which I hadn't been to in years.

Then in the evening my friend came round and we watched The Holiday and we ordered a pizza. It is actually a really sweet film- I am glad my friend wanted to watch it with me.

Despite my lack of shopping it was still a nice day.

Love

Happy hippo x
